Unfortunately, most insurance companies do not cover these services without specialty coverage. However, I am happy to provide you a superbill which you can submit for potential reimbursements. I have had some clients get pre-approval for these services and I am happy to provide you the specific codes to request coverage.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans. However, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Some clients have also successfully applied for in-network coverage through a process called a Network Gap Exemption. If you’d like to explore pre-authorization with your insurance, please contact me for more details.

A Network Gap Exemption is a special authorization for out-of-network services to be covered as though in-network. These are granted when an insurance panel does not have providers available to provide specialized services. This can be a complicated process, but I am happy to talk you through it.
